Merci de lire ce topic en entier pour ceux qui ont du mal avec la FA, et ensuite de venir me poser des questions si besoin
Déjà, vos offre ne pourront avoir que le format suivant : Montant de base, hausse annuelle (multiple de 0,5), durée, PO ou TO (si désiré)
Année max : 5 ans (si BR), sinon 4 ans
Hausse max : 12,5% (si BR), sinon 10%
Les BR sont attribués au joueur n’ayant pas changer d’équipes via la free agency lors dès 3 dernières années. Les équipes ayant renoncés au droits sur leurs anciens joueurs ont perdu les BR, et peuvent donc proposer un contrat mini ou un contrat avec le cap disponible.
Début de la FA : J1 Mercredi 21/08/19 (J1 de Mercredi 20h à Jeudi 20h )

Vous êtes en dessous du cap, vous pouvez ( vous êtes en noir dans la colonne cap room)
-Signer n’importe quelle FA à n’importe quelle salaire, à la condition que le premier salaire soit amortis par le free-cap (visible dans la colonne cap room)
-Signer vos anciens joueurs sans limitation de montant, mais attention au HC
-Signer des joueurs aux mini
-Offrir 120% du dernier salaire de vos anciens joueurs (si pas de BR)
Pour rappel, les BR sont attribués aux joueurs n’ayant pas changés d’équipes via la free-agency lors des trois dernières années, donc les joueurs signés lors de la dernière FA et de nouveau FA à ce jour n’ont pas de BR ! (exemple de l’exception) !
Vous êtes au dessus du cap, vous pouvez (vous êtes en rouge dans la colonne cap room)
-Signer des joueurs au minimum
-Signer des joueurs avec vos exceptions
-Signer vos anciens joueurs (avec BR donc) sans limitation de montant, attention au HC
-Offrir 120% du dernier salaires de vos anciens joueurs (si pas de BR).
Le lien Salary Cap Report du site ( http://hnblnba.fr/gm-office/salary-cap/salary-cap-report/ ) vous permet de voir votre situation salariale sans les caps holds. Les Scorpions sont au dessus du HC avant le début de la FA, ils ne pourront signer des joueur que au moment du POOL FA.

La MLE se propose sur 3 ans max, la LE sur 1 an. Les exceptions peuvent se découper en plusieurs contrats.
Comment sa va se passer dans l’organisation ?
Vous allez devoir regarder les attributs du joueur (Greed, Loyaute, Play for Win), pour cibler vos prétendants. Ne faites pas d’offres à des joueurs qui ont peut de chance de vous rejoindre (Un gros poisson très disputé, et qui aime la gagne, ne rejoindra jamais une équipe à faible bilan. Un joueur lambda pourra en revanche rejoindre une équipe qui gagne peu, et ceux même si le joueur en question aime la gagne, dans la mesure ou ce joueur lambda sera moins disputé).
Je mettrais en ligne quelques rumeurs, pour donner des indications et donner la possibilité aux équipes de modifier leurs offres.
Dans le cas ou une franchise se retrouverait avec 2 signatures en même temps, et si aucun des deux joueurs n’a les BR pour ressigner dans l’équipe, il sera demander à la franchise en question de choisir l’un des deux joueurs. Le second joueur choisira la seconde meilleure offre.
La régle qui permet de signer un joueur sans BR et un joueur avec BR est supprimée ! Le joueur avec BR aura la priorité
Prise en compte de l’hapinness et du staff dans les critères de décisions ! Un joueur très malheureux (note hapiness infèrieur à 10) vera l’offre de son équipe précèdente tombé dans son estime via l’intégration de cette donnée qui va amputée l’offre d’un malus. La note de staff est une simple somme du nombre d’étoile apporté aux critères de séléction.
Pour la FA 2011 : Echelonnement de la loyauté qui entrera en vigueur. Il faudra 3 ans pour obtenir tout le bonus loyauté d’un joueur
Vous me ferez une offre par jour et par GM. Chaque GM pourra également, en fonction des rumeurs que je donne, modifier 1 offre par jour.
Attention : Les offres ne sont pas cumulables, si vous ratez un jour, vous ne rattrapez pas l’offre sur le jour d’après, pareil pour les révisions d’offres.
On part sur un calendrier de 10 à 15 jours. Des annonces seront faites quotidiennement, sous forme d’article ligue fait par des volontaires, avec du cash à la clé.
Le délai de décision des joueurs va de 2 à 5 jours dès la réception de la première offre. Si un joueur ne reçoit qu’une offre au terme de cette durée, il signe pour la seule offre qu’il a reçu. !
Toutefois, aucune signature faisant dépasser le HC ne sera autorisé, à l’exception des contrats minimums
Information :
- Les équipes au dessus du HC avant même le début de la FA ne pourront pas signer de joueur avant le pool FA
- Les S&T de joueur pas dans son équipe la saison passé est interdit avant la V4 de la saison régulière qui suit la FA
- Les caps holds : les caps sont gonflés sur fait des provisions pour garder les droits de joueurs ! Ces provisions disparaissent après la FA (pour ne pas cumuler freecap et exceptions)
- Les S&T doivent être communiqué au commissaire avant la signature du joueur concerné. Sinon, le trade sera soumis au 60 days comme tout autre deal
- Les salaires max reçoivent un bonus de notation pour les equipes offrantes
Comment seront annoncées les signatures ?
Jour de base : 4
– Si offre supérieure à 75% du desired salary : 4 -1 jours = 3 jours
– Si offre infèrieure à 75% du desired salary : 4 +1 jours = 5 jours
– Si Loyaute est l’attribut dominant, et si meilleur offre de l’ancienne équipe du joueur : 4 – 1(si offre sup à 75% du desired) – 1 (si meilleure offre de l’ancienne équipe et loyauté dominante) jours : 2 jours
– Si le play for win est l’attribut dominant, et si l’offre retenue est celle avec de l’équipe avec le meilleure bilan (des offres) : 4 – 1(si offre sup à 75% du desired) – 1 (meilleure % de victoire parmi les offres) : 2 jours – Joueurs greed : 3 ou 5 jours de délai
Après avoir reçu une offre, le joueur met donc entre 2 et 5 jours à donner son choix
PFW : Moyenne des 3 dernires années au niveau du bilan de l’équipe, ainsi que du parcours en PO

Le cap imputé des cap hold sera maj vers quand ?
Si un joueur a 2 attribut égaux. Lequel est pris en compte pour le calcul du nombre de jour ?

Admettons 2 offres d’équipes à PFW égale, pas de notion de loyauté, staff équivalent :
Un joueur plutôt greed préfèrera t’il toucher 100M sur 4 ans ou 105 sur 5 ans ? Sachant que forcément si il touche 20M/ans il est probable qu’il soit plus gagnant sur 5 ans avec le premier contrat que le second.
Je prends en compte la moyenne annuelle, sur 4 ans la moyenne est plus haute
